Store Policy


Refunds/Exchanges - Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we have no control over how they are handled once they leave our kitchen, Baked By Jasz does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, and feels it does not meet your expectations please contact our team by emailing hello@bakedbyjasz.com within 2 days of the date you picked up your order. Please provide the following information, order/invoice number, photos of all angles of the product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how the products were transported and stored. We will make every effort to address your concerns. Due to the perishable nature of the products, any claims submitted outside of the above time period or without including the proper information will not be eligible for re-order or credit. Baked By Jasz will fully review your claim, pending circumstances we will issue a credit or recreate your order.

 

Shipping - We currently only ship our chunky cookies.

 

Storing - Please follow the care card instructions included when you receive your items, it's always recommended that items are consumed as soon as possible to ensure the freshness.
