Shipping Policy

Our team is available to answer any inquiries you may have. If you don't find the answer to your question here, please get in touch at hello@bakedbyjasz.com. We typically respond within 1-3 business days from Monday to Thursday during our operating hours.

What items do you ship?

We currently are only shipping our Cookies, please continue to check back with us as we plan to expand our shipped desserts  

What Where do you deliver?

We ship to every postal address in the United States via UPS. Currently, we do not ship outside of the USA. Take advantage of our convenient and reliable shipping options, for a hassle-free experience that gives you ultimate peace of mind.

When will you send my order?

Weekly postal orders are shipped by UPS Monday-Wednesday; we do not ship later in the week, as we'd rather not have freshly baked cookies in a warehouse all weekend. Our goal is that each order is baked and shipped on the same day, preferably before the weekend arrives. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, and an additional 3-4 business days for shipping via UPS.

When will I get my order?

UPS is our chosen shipper, and, depending on your location, delivery can be expected within 3-4 business days from the day of dispatch. When your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Please be aware, that during peak times there may be some delays.

If you haven't received your package within 5 business days after it has been dispatched, we urge you to contact us via email hello@bakedbyjasz.com for assistance in tracking it.

How can I check the status of my order?

Upon shipment of your order, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number which can be used to monitor the delivery progress. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your package within 5 business days after purchasing, we urge you to contact us via email hello@bakedbyjasz.com for assistance in tracking it.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

We cannot accommodate shipping to post office boxes; kindly provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

All orders are non-refundable. 

Using only the finest ingredients and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, all of our cookies are lovingly made by hand. We take great pride in our products and strive to ensure they arrive intact. However, due to the transient nature of our delicacies, we cannot guarantee how they are managed during transit and storage.

Should your order arrive in anything other than pristine condition, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@bakedbyjasz.com outlining your order number and providing a photograph of its condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How long do my cookies last?

Cookies can remain in their original wrapping or an air-sealed container for a maximum of three days after delivery - although we understand that the temptation may be too great to restrain yourself!

If you're hoping to savor the deliciousness over multiple occasions, we recommend freezing them immediately upon receipt and heating them up in an oven at 350F for up to three minutes when the cravings strike.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications before shipment, so please thoroughly review your order details and check the delivery address thoroughly before submitting.

Big Orders (like really big orders)

For grand, unforgettable occasions, consider Baked by Jasz. We'd be thrilled to be part of your special day. Please send an email at least 30 days before the planned pick-up date to hello@bakedbyjasz.com with all the event details including the date, quantity, and flavor selections.
