Custom Orders Policy

• Only once your 50% non refundable deposit has been paid/you have checked out on the website will your order be confirmed.
• Once your invoice is sent it is due within 24hours, failure to make payment will result in the order being cancelled.
• Dessert style cake orders and cupcake orders (4 dozen or less) require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to desired pick-up date. Please note that these items have no customization.
• All custom cake orders and cupcake orders over 4 dozen require 2-weeks notice prior to desired pick-up date.
• Once the order leaves the Baked By Jasz kitchen, we are no longer held liable and the client takes on all responsibility. Please handle with care and drive safely.
